Every movement you make as a human is putting a demand on your body. Understanding the demands you are asking of your body will help improve those movements.
Mobility Training is Strength Training
Healthy joints make movements easier.
If you have more freedom and control through different ranges of motion we have the opportunity to increase strength dramatically.
