Mike’s fitness career began in 2010 at Bally Total Fitness. Over the past fifteen years, he has worked with a wide range of clients and noticed consistent trends and challenges they face. Always seeking answers, Mike has studied under experts in their respective fields and combined their teachings into his own coaching philosophy.
He takes a balanced, “moderation-based” approach, understanding that while hard work in the gym is essential, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and stress management all play a vital role in long-term success. His goal is to help clients not only train smarter but also live healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.
Mike is a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) and continues to expand his expertise with specialized certifications, including:
