An assessment is full analysis of your biomechanics, identifying asymmetries, and highlight potential areas that could lead to injuries.

With this information we can design the best program to keep you moving and staying active. 

The Workouts

Moderation is a key component to this program. 

Cardiovascular Training- Interval training designed to increase your heart rate and burn calories.

Strength Training- Working different muscle groups in the body to build symmetry.

Mobility Training- Stay limber to avoid over use injuries and keep us moving toward our goals.

Nutrition Coaching

As a certified Precision Nutrition coach we will work together to develop a plan using behavior change coaching to help you develop a healthier, more balanced approach to nutrition.

Learning an optimal way for you to eat what you want, but also get the most out of your training, stay healthy, reach your fitness goals and still enjoy what you love!

This Program is Not Only About High Intensity Exercise and "Burning Calories"

This is about redefining your relationship with food so you can have more energy.

Basic Program Philosophy 

Mike has a vision to show as many people as possible that they don't need to live in pain. There are no special tricks or medicines we can take to stay young and pain free. 

Consistency is the most important factor for long-term success. What that means is that we need to understand what demands you are asking of your body then reinforce those movements. 

"Morning Routine"

Start everyday with 20 - 60 minutes moving your body and each joint individually. This will ensure that we have healthy joints our body will be ready for any demands we will ask of it throughout the day.

This will also help promote connection between our body to our brain.
