"I refer to him as the Back Whisperer"

I was fortunate to connect with Mike three years ago. I  suffer from an L5 fracture and he is the first trainer who has truly been attentive to my needs. He tailored a complete program that has worked to strengthen my core; I refer to him as the "Back Whisperer"

"He is truly the best"

Mike is the best trainer I  have ever worked with. I  have been with him for three years. He tailors the training to my other fitness activities, which has helped me get stronger and stay free of the injuries I  have often experienced in the past. I  moved away from him recently but have continued virtual sessions. He is truly the best.

Basic Program Philosophy

Mike has a vision to show as many people as possible that they don't need to live in pain. There are no special tricks or medicines we can take to stay young and pain free.

Consistency is the most important factor for long-term success. What that means is that we need to understand what demands you are asking of your body then reinforce those movements.

"Morning Routine"

Start everyday with 20 - 60 minutes moving your body and each joint individually. This will ensure that we have healthy joints our body will be ready for any demands we will ask of it throughout the day.

This will also help promote connection between our body to our brain.
